Our kitchen covers a lot of ground. There are the classics, plus our Mediterranean Gourmet Pies built on flavors like broccoli rabe, gorgonzola, sun-dried tomatoes and fresh wet mozzarella. Beyond pizza there are calzones, stromboli and homemade stuffed bread, hot and cold grinders, panini, wraps, triple deckers, salads, seafood and full Italian dinners. Pizza can be made gluten free, and hot oil or hot honey can go on top.
